The Volvo race is just so exciting. Green Dragon having been in 2nd is now back in 1st place. As the action heats up Green Dragon has pulled ahead of Telefonica Black yet again. Only 1 mile in it but it seems that the boats and crew are so finely tuned that the difference can be measured in miles.

After 42 hours of racing,The Irish entry “Green Dragon” has take a slim lead from Telefonica Black in leg 8 as the fleet passes the channel Islands. Both the leaders are about 5 miles ahead of the rest of the fleet.
